Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a burden on an operator by preventing the pull-back force of an instrument hose from being applied to a hand of the operator holding the instrument and by preventing the engagement from hindering the operation.
SOLUTION: The instrument hose 20 is attached to a holder of a type drooping the instrument hose from the instrument holder, and holds the pull-back force by its own weight. The engagement tool 10 has a hose insertion channel into which the hose 20 is inserted in a lower portion, a weight 12 rotatably attached in an upper portion, and a member 15 locking and unlocking the weight 12. When a treatment is to be started, when the hose 20 is to be extracted from the holder, the weight 12 is unlocked by operating the hose 20, and the hose 20 is held by the weight of the weight 12. When the treatment is to be ended, the weight is locked by operating the hose, and the weight 12 is released from the instrument hose 20.
