Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To impart pulling-back force to an instrument hose by simple and inexpensive means and to improve the operability of the hose by making soften the portion clrer to the instrument.
SOLUTION: The instrument hose 10 comprises a soft part A without having an elastic material 11 and a part (more preferably about half to one third the base part of the hose) B which is inserted with the elastic material 11 and has tension. The front end having the instrument 4 has the lower tension of the hose and does not hinder the precision work in a dental treatment. The joint 5 side apart from the instrument 4 is the hose having the tension and improves the return of the hose. The elastic wire 11 is conceivably a broken wire, other wires, or shape memory alloy, etc., and other elastic wires provided with tension by the elastic materials, such as urethane and rubber, are equally well.
