To provide a dental mixing sheet pad by which a mixing work is smoothly performed without deviating the upper mixing sheets of paper, and also the used mixing sheet is rapidly released.

The mixing sheet pad 10 is a laminated body, wherein the multiple mixing sheets of paper 14 with water resistance and chemical resistance are laminated on a nearly square mounting 12. The substantially whole circumference of the four end surfaces of the laminated body is covered by adhesive layers 16, 18, 20, 22 excluding a corner part 24. When a user performs the mixing work, the user puts one hand on the mixing sheet pad 10 on a work table 28, and at the same time, mixes medical agents 34, 36 with a spatula 38 by the other hand for polymerization. In this case, since almost the whole end surfaces of the mixing sheet 14 are covered by the adhesive, the mixing sheets 14 in the upper layers are not deviated even when mixing is performed by various movements in vertical or horizontal directions and circulation, etc. After the work, the mixing sheet of paper 14A in the most upper layer is picked up and torn out from the corner part 24.
