Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method capable of producing a dental molded article (such as a dental plate and crown bridge) with excellent productivity, in which a crack in a mold is less likely to occur when molten resin is pressed into the mold.SOLUTION: A dental molded-article manufacturing device includes: a bottom plate; a cylindrical flask placed on the bottom plate; a ring-shaped lid plate capable of covering the upper opening of the cylindrical flask; and a crucible having an outer diameter that can be inserted into an opening in the center portion of the ring-shaped lid plate, which is a cylindrical container with an injection port provided on the bottom surface for injecting molten resin. An inner wall surface of the cylindrical flask is inclined to expand upward, and a flange part is formed at the upper end side of the crucible. The outer diameter of the flange part is larger than the opening diameter of the ring-shaped lid plate. In this case, a preferable taper angle (inclination angle) of the inner wall surface of the cylindrical flask is within a range of 2° to 8°.
