PURPOSE: To effectively exhibit a self-ligature effect and to allow fixing of an arch wire by erecting columnar projecting bodies as bodies having no sideways projecting objects and providing a spring clip which elastically presses and fixes the front surface of the arch wire at a relatively short length section fixedly on a base.

CONSTITUTION: The bracket projecting bodies 2, 2' are formed as slim columnar bodies. The spring clip 10 is formed with parallel fixing parts 11 at both ends. The ends of the respective fixing parts 11 are bent laterally outward within the same plane to form bent parts 12 and the inner ends of the respective bent parts 12 are bent to rise in the plane different from the plane of the fixing parts 11 and the bent parts 12 to form rising parts 13. The rising parts 13 are bent at about the point verging on one of the top edges of the slots of the projecting bodies 2, 2' to form crossing parts 14 having a crossing shape to the slits. The pressing part 15 bridging the slot crossing parts 14 and 14 is placed horizontally along the space 3 near the other top edge of the slots. The arch wire is fixed easily and rapidly, i.e., in the self-ligature system in this way.
