To provide a dental tray for impression capable of accurately taking the impression inside an oral cavity because a handle part is not brought firmly into contact with lips when the impression is taken as a preparatory step for making a complete denture as a dental prosthesis, and capable of implementing highly accurate taking of impression because the handle part can be removed if the tray is used in taking the impression for recording the position of occlusion.

The dental tray for impression includes: a tray body 1 having an engagement projection 1a on the apex of the dental alveolus of anterior teeth; and the handle art 2 having an engagement part 2a provided at the distal end of an L shape to be engaged with the engagement projection 1a. Modes of the engagement projection 1a and the engagement part 2a include a mode in which the engagement projection 1a is a projection and the engagement part 2a is a hole to be fitted to the projections, and a mode in which the engagement projection 1a is an ant-shaped projection and the engagement part 2a is an ant groove-shaped part to slide to be engaged with the ant-shaped projection, etc.
