Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a miniaturized and inexpensive brake valve suitable for supplying fluid pressure from a common fluid pressure source to a power steering system, etc.
CONSTITUTION: A brake valve 45 operates the fluid pressure of a pressurized fluid source 11 or pressure of pistons 61 and 63 upon a brake actuator 47 by operating a valve spool 57. The brake valve is connected parallel with a controller 37 for power cylinder by a conduit 33. The brake valve has a shuttle means 65 inside a housing and receives a priority load signal 125 from a power steering controller. At the same time, the shuttle means connects a brake load signal at an intake 119, operates a priority valve 17 through a load signal conduit 29 corresponding to both the signal pressures and controls the output of the fluid pressure supply source.
