To make it possible for a patient to easily inform his or her will to a dentist by incorporating a button in the armrest of a dental treatment chair, lighting an LED by pushing the button when the patient feels pain to inform the will to the dentist (an operator).

The dental treatment chair has the pushbuttons (17L, 17R) in the distal ends of the armrests 16(16L, 16R) and LEDs 18(18L, 18C, 18R) lit by the operation of the pushbuttons 17 in a headrest 11 and the will (for example the pain) of the will of the patient is informed to the operator by the lighting of the LEDs 18. Alternatively, the chair has a plurality of the pushbuttons 17(17L, 17R), the lighting color of the LEDs 18 was made different according to the operated pushbutton, thereby the declaration of will of "pain" and the declaration of will of "others" can be discriminated.
