PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To offer a dental treatment unit in which a handrail member is prepared telescopically and in a way able to move forward and backward to a water supply and drain box and the movement of a patient at the time of getting on and off is guided by the handrail member so that an aged person and a physically handicapped person can easily get on and off. SOLUTION: The dental treatment unit has a dental treatment seat 10 and the water supply and drain box 20 arranged in one side portion of the dental treatment seat 10. The water supply and drain box 20 has the handrail member 30 which telescopically extends in an arrow A direction in front of the dental treatment seat 10 from the side part of the water supply and drain box and can move in an arrow B direction. When the patient gets off from the dental treatment seat 10, the handrail member 30 is changed into the conditions of the figure and in the conditions, the patient holds on to the handrail member 30. In the conditions, when the handrail member 30 is moved to a position B1, the patient can stand in a condition of holding on to the handrail member 30, transversely moves with holding on to the handrail member 30, and can get off from the dental treatment seat 10. When getting on, the reversed route is followed.
