The work table is provided with a work table support mechanism to which a plurality of arm members 11 and 12 are successively connected so as to be freely turned and the work table 3 is connected to the tip end of the final arm. The respective connection parts A and B connecting the arm members are braked so that the work table is not automatically moved by a turning shaft member being pressurized to a fixing member by the spring pressure. At least one of the connection parts is provided with the electromagnetic clutch, and when the electromagnetic clutch is operated, the brake by the spring pressure is released and the turning shaft member is freely turned.
