The denture with a base has the denture base 4 constituted by forming plastic and an artificial tooth 2 constituted by embedding the root part into the denture base 4. The artificial tooth 2 has the filling groove 3 for flowing in the plastic of the venture base 4 in the root part embedded in the plastic venture base 4. The filling groove 3 extends in the arranging direction of teeth and opens to the venture base 4 whose opening part is embedded. In the denture with the base, the plastic of the denture base 4 is injected into the filling groove and 3 the root part of the artificial teeth 2 is embedded and fixed into the denture base 4.
