Abstract:
PURPOSE: To minimize the deodorizing cost, by using the deodorant for the animal feed, which contains an alkyl ester or polyoxyalkylene ester of undecylenic acid. CONSTITUTION: This deodorizing material is prepared from a material containing an alkyl ester or polyoxyalkylene ester of undecylenic acid, particularly a C1 -C12 alkyl ester, polyoxyethylene ester, polyoxypropylene ester, and poly(oxyethylene)(oxyproylene)ester of undecylenic acid. On this occasion, the deodorant is used, particularly by about 0.1-5 wt.% to a body to be treated. This deodorant can be combined with various animal feed, particularly with a feed containing a salt of phosphoric acid or polyphosphoric acid or an extract of animal and/or the powder of the animal, as the base.
