To provide a deodorant carpet capable of efficiently absorbing and removing malodor components such as formaldehyde, ammonia and acetic acid in indoor air by a natural air flow.

Compared with an impermeable carpet, an air permeable carpet having an air permeability of 1-50 cm3/cm2sec slightly circulates the air by natural convection and can efficiently reduce the malodor. This carpet efficiently adsorbs and removes the malodor components by carrying deodorant at least in one or more of pile yarns, a ground fabric, a filling layer, and a backing layer of the air permeable carpet.
