Abstract:
To provide a deodorant composition excellent in a deodorizing action with respect to hydrogen sulfide.
The deodorant composition contains a plant component, which has a deodorizing action with respect to hydrogen sulfide, and peroxidases. It is favorable to use Chinese sweet tea (Rubus suavissimus), Quercus salicina, rose buds, thyme, and olive, etc., as the raw material plants of the plant component. The deodorant composition is preferable as a dopant material for food, a sanitary article, cosmetics, detergents, care goods, and deodorant filter, etc., for example.
