Abstract:

To obtain a deodorant composition, food or beverage, that comprises an extract of natural plant usable in a food at ease and having high safety as an active ingredient and has high deodorizing effect even under a weakly acidic condition.

The deodorant composition comprises a plant of the genus Rubus of the family Rosaceae, a laccase and an acid.
