PURPOSE: To prevent the breakage or cracking of each ridge (corner part) by protecting the outer peripheral part of a deodorizing member by a frame body.
CONSTITUTION: A deodorizing filter 1 consisting of a porous deodorizing member 2 and the frame body 4 protecting the outer peripheral part of the deodorizing member 2 is obtained. By this constitution, the breakage or cracking of each ridge (corner part) of the deodorizing member 2 can be prevented and there is no possibility such that fine powder is generated by vibration. Further, when the frame body 4 protecting the outer peripheral part of the deodorizing member 2 is integrally molded along with the deodorizing member 2, a freely detachable press plate 12 is arranged to at least one side surface of a fixed mold part 6 excepting the frame body 4 of the deodorizing member 2. As a result, the deodorizing member 2 can be set and taken out without being damaged and the generation of flash can also be prevented.
