Abstract:
To provide a deodorizing method and apparatus suitable for treating a composed malodor containg a nitrogenous and a sulfurous malodorous components generated from composting facilities, sewage treatment facilities or excretion treatment facilities.
In the deodorizing method for deodorizing gas to be treated containing the nitrogenous malodorous component and the sulfurous malodorous component, the nitrogenous malodorous component is adsorbed and removed by an adsorbent before the sulfurous malodorous component is oxidized and removed in the coexistence of ozone by a deodorizing catalyst.
