PURPOSE: To simultaneously execute rapid deodorizing, killing of athlete's foot fungi, etc., and drying of clothes, etc., with a simple device by bringing the hot air generated from a hot air generator into contact with a ceramic molding impregnated with an alkaline chlorine dioxide soln. and supplying gaseous alkaline chlorine dioxide.

CONSTITUTION: The hot air generated from the hot air generator 2 is passed into the inside of the ceramic molding 24 impregnated with the alkaline chlorine dioxide soln. internally installed in a gaseous alkaline chlorine dioxide generating section 25, by which the gaseous alkaline chlorine dioxide is liberated and generated. This air is fed through a hose 3 into a hot air vent pipe 13 disposed in a case 1 for drying. The hot air contg. the gaseous alkaline chlorine dioxide is sent into the drying case 1 from the plural hot air release holes 14 formed in the hot air vent pipe 13, by which the case is filled with this hot air. The hot air contg. the gaseous alkaline chlorine dioxide filled in the case surely dries the clothes, etc., hung to a hanging rod 1 in the drying case 1 and is capable of simultaneously deodorize and sterilize the clothes, etc.
