Title:
DEPHOSPHORIZING DEVICE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2000176464
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To improve the recovery rate of magnesium ammonium phosphate by removing the residual solid in the separated liq. separated by the solid-liq. separation means of org. sludge, introducing the removed liq. into a reaction tank and precipitating the crystal of the magnesium ammonium phosphate from the phosphorus in the liq. by MAP formation.

The MAP(magnesium ammonium phosphate) reaction tank 1 is the upward stream type reaction tank in which the introducing piping 2 of raw water (phosphorus-containing water) is provided at the bottom part and the discharging piping 3 of treated water is provided at the upper part, and the layer such as glass bead packed layer 4 for uniformalizing liquid flow and the packed layer 5 of MAP particles are formed at its inside. Then the liq. from which a suspended material is removed to a high degree by the removing means 30 of the residual solid from the separated liq. separated by the solid-liq. separation means 20 is introduced to the MAP reaction tank 1 to remove phosphorus by MAP formation. The treated water from which the phosphorus is removed is stored in a treated water tank 9 through the discharging piping 3, and one part is discharged to the outward of the system from a piping 10, and the remainder is circulated to the bottom part of the MAP reaction tank 1 from a circulating piping 11.
