CONSTITUTION: This device consists of a grip part holding with the hand, a pick part provided at the tip of the grip part and capable of holding hair to be depilated, an ultrasonic oscillation circuit 2 which outputs an ultrasonic wave to the pick part, and a high-frequency transmission circuit 4 which outputs a high frequency to the pick part, and an output switch to turn on/off the generation of the ultrasonic wave and the high frequency is provided in the pick part, and the ultrasonic wave and high frequency can be generated simultaneously or selectively.
