CONSTITUTION: The user decides a target (target amount of money, purchasing article, etc.) with respect to deposits and savings and applies the target to the operator of the system or inputs it to the system. When the user deposits or withdraws money, a control part 5 compares the remainder of his deposits and savings and the target amount of money, obtains enlightening information for the deposits and savings of the user from a storage means in accordance with the target accomplishing degree and outputs enlightening information from an output part 4. For example, when the user saves money by aiming at the purchase of a car, the illustration, etc., of the car corresponding to the accomplishment degree of savings (illustration, etc., displaying the part of the car corresponding to the accomplishment degree) is outputted from an output part 4.
