Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide new compds. without side effects, having analgesic activities for a long time and useful as analgesics, remedies for external use, endermisms, injections, etc.
CONSTITUTION: These derivs. are compds. of formula I (where R is 1-40C alkyl, 6-40C aromatics, aromatics having 6-40C alkyl group or H). For example, nalbuphine propionate. Further, the compds. of formula I are obtained by reacting the compd. of formula II with the compd. of formula RCOX (X is halogen or the like) in methylene chloride in the presence of triethyl-amine.
