Abstract:

NEW MATERIAL:The compound of formula I (X1 is group of formula II, etc.; X2 is group of formula III, etc.; X3 is group of formula IV, etc.; R1 is H or CH3; R2 and R3 are H or lower alkyl; R4 is lower alkyl and R5 and R6 are ether bond or R4 and R5 and R6 is OH; R7 is H or lower alkyl) and its acid addition salt.

USE: Antimycotic agent.

PREPARATION: The compound of formula I wherein R5 and R6 forms an ether bond can be prepared by reacting the compound of formula V (R8 and R9 are different H or COCH2COOH) with the alcohol of formula R10-OH (R10 is lower alkyl) in the presence of an acid catalyst to effect the alkylation, and hydrolyzing the obtained malonic acid monoester.
