This acid fluoride derivative is expressed by general formula (1) n and m are each 0 or 1; A1 to A3 are each a (F, Cl, Br substituted) 1,4- phenylene, 1,4-cyclohexylene, 1,4-cyclohexenylene or the like; A4 is a (F, Cl or Br-substituted) 1,4-phenylene; Z1 to Z3 are each a -(CH2)2-, a -CH=CH-, a -C≡C-, a -COO-, a -OCO-, -OCH2-, -CH2O-, -CF2O-, -OCF2-, -(CF2)2-, -CF=CF- or the like; R1 is a 1-12C alkyl group in which -CH2- is optionally substituted with -O-, -CO-, -COO-, -OCO- or the like excluding neighboring -O-.
