PURPOSE: To obtain a dermal preparation for external use, containing a specific percutaneously absorbefacient ingredient, excellent in percutaneous absorbefacient effects on a glycoside of a hydroxysalicylic acid and an aliphatic ester glycoside of the hydroxysalicylic acid and good in safety and feeling of use.
CONSTITUTION: This dermal preparation for external use is obtained by blending (A) a glycoside of a hydroxysalicylic acid and/or an aliphatic ester glycoside of the hydroxysalicylic acid of formula I, II or III [R1 is H or a 1-20C (un)saturated hydrocarbon; R2 is a saccharide residue] with (B) an anionic surfactant (preferably the one having sulfonate group such as an alkylsulfonate) and (C) a surfactant containing N atom other than the ingredient (B) (preferably an amine oxide-based semipolar surfactant such as dimethyllaurylamine oxide). The amounts of the ingredients based on the total amount of the dermal preparation are preferably 0.1-7wt.% ingredient (A) and 0.01-5wt.% total amount of the ingredients (B) and (C) preferably at (10:1) to (1:10) blending molecular ratio of the ingredients (B):(C). For example, 3-β-D-glucopyranosyloxysalicylic acid is cited as the ingredient (B).
