Title:
DESALINATION APPARATUS FOR SEA WATER
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3230547
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To provide a desalination apparatus for sea water capable of supplying energy for operation by itself independently from a land side without necessitating supply of energy for operation such as electric power and fuel from the land side.
CONSTITUTION: High pressure hot water 1 jetting from a crack 3 at the seam bottom 2 is collected into a hot water collector 5, and accelerated evaporation by evacuating with a steam generator 8 on a platform ship 7, and the steam 1 is fed to steam turbines 12, 13 and also the residual hot water 1 is supplied to a water turbine 16 of a generator 15 to generate electricity. Beside the hot water 1 passed through the water turbine 16 is stepwise evacuated in each evaporation room 24 of an evaporation device 30 to accelerate evaporation, and generated steam 1' is introduced into a condensation room 28 to condense it to fresh water 1a. The residual water 1b from the evaporation device 30 and cooling sea water 27 are discharged to the outside of the platform ship 7 by a water discharge pump 38 and the fresh water 1a from the evaporation apparatus 30 is transported to the land side by a transportation pump 39.
