Title:
DESALTING METHOD IN FLUIDIZED BED REFUSE INCINERATOR
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH0828845
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To effectually remove hydrogen chloride produced owing to burning of chloride compounds in refuse in a fluidized bed refuse incinerator.

CONSTITUTION: A desalting method is constructed such that waste gas discharged from a fluidized bed refuse incinerator 10 that performs in-furnace desalting by supplying a desalting agent such as a calcium compound is cooled through a gas condenser 12, and thereafter the waste gas is collected by a dust collector 14 such as a bag filter, and part of the collected waste gas is recirculated to the fluidized bed refuse incinerator 10. In the method, the recirculated waste gas is cooled with a heat exchanger 20 to a temperature of 100°C of lower, and is dehumidified with a dehumidifier 22. Hereby, a water content in the fluidized bed is reduced and hence equilibrium concentration of hydrogen chloride is lowered to facilitate in-bed desalting.
