Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a descaling agent which produces high descaling effects not only for calcium-based scale but also for iron-based scale, copper-based scale which have been difficult to remove, and which has low toxicity and low corrosiveness against base metals and has high working safety, in which waste water treatment is easily performed.
CONSTITUTION: A descaling agent contains 1-30wt.% phosphonic acid, 1-30wt.% organic acid having two or more carboxyl groups, and 1-30wt.% chelating agent.
