Abstract:
PURPOSE:To carry out ignition or frame propagation speedily when a fuel injection two cycle engine is operated. CONSTITUTION:A ceiling surface of a combustion chamber 8 is angularly shaped. One of sides forming the angular shape is a steep oblique surface 9, while the other is a gentle oblique surface 10. A fuel injection port of a fuel injection valve 15 is located on a top 13 of the angular shape. A center 24 of injection direction extends along the steep oblique surface 9. Electric discharge parts 28a of the ignition plugs 27, 28 are faced to the steep oblique surface 9. The gentle oblique surface 10 is widened outward in a diametral direction of a cylinder 2 at its plan view.
