Abstract:
PURPOSE:To obtain a high FG output without the decrease of a torque by forming the magnetization level averaged over a plurality of magnetic poles in the outer peripheral part of a rotor magnet, which oppose to one main magnetic pole in the inner peripheral part of the rotor magnet, so as to deviate to the same polarity side as the polarity of the one main magnetic pole. CONSTITUTION:The whole of the inner peripheral part 1b of a rotor magnet 1 is divided equably into even number of regions with a predetermined angle, and these regions are magnetized alternately with different polarities as main magnetic poles for driving a motor. Also, the whole of the outer peripheral part 1a of the rotor magnet 1 is divided equably into regions with a smaller predetermined angle than that of the inner peripheral part 1b, and these regions are magnetized alternately with different polarities as FG magnetic poles constituting an FG. In the magnet 1, the magnetization levels in the outer peripheral part 1a, averaged over the 5 FG magnetic poles which oppose to the one main magnetic pole in the inner peripheral part 1b, are deviated to the same polarity side as the polarity of the one main magnetic pole of the part 1b. By making the magnetization level averaged over a plurality of magnetic poles deviate to the same polarity side as the polarity of the one magnetic pole in this manner, even if decreasing the number of the magnetic poles in the rotor magnet for a frequency generator, no motor torque is made to reduce.
