CONSTITUTION: A rotation angle detection means 3 is combined to a motor 2 rotated by converting the vibration of a piezoelectric element 1 to a rotation driving force and signals corresponding to a rotation angle from the rotation angle detection means 3, the number of pulse signals proportional to the rotation angle for instance, are generated. Based on the signals, the moving amount of the recording paper 7 or the original of a reading part or a recording part 9 is recognized and the transmission or data reading processing or recording processing is performed corresponding to the moving amount.
