Abstract:
By compensating for the base-emitter voltage of the transistor T1 by means of the base-emitter voltage of the transistor T4 it is achieved that the voltage Uz across the impedance Z is equal to the input voltage Ui. The current Iz through the impedance Z and the equal output current IO are then proportional to the input voltage Ui and are highless linear.
