Abstract:
PURPOSE:To offer an image pickup device with a little fixed pattern noise and the counter circuit used for the device. CONSTITUTION:The counter circuit in which a gray code where the number of simultaneous change of output signals 60-65 are always one is generated by plural counting stages 21-26, plural decoding means 27-36 and the number of simultaneous change adjusting means 37-42 and simultaneously where the number of simultaneous change of the output signals of the internal logical gates 27-42 is constant, as well is constituted. By generating the clock signal of a charge coupled device using this counter circuit, the influence of the fixed pattern noise is reduced.
