To provide a compact desiccant ventilation system of a simple structure capable of efficiently adsorbing/desorbing moisture of a dehumidification material and enhancing energy efficiency.
In a casing 6 of a predetermined length of which both end parts are respectively connected with one side ducts 4, 4' and the other side ducts 5, 5', a moisture absorbing/desorbing device 2 is provided wherein many flow passages consisting of a first flow passage and a second flow passage alternatively demarcated into layers by a heat-exchangeable heat transfer sheet 8 without air-permeability are formed. The moisture absorbing/desorbing device 2 is supported around an axis parallel to the ducts and its respective separation faces are at least partially coated, impregnated or adhered with desiccant. By rotating the moisture absorbing/desorbing device 2 approximately 180° around the axis every predetermined time, it is possible to alternatively switch a state in which the first flow passage is used as an air supply passage S and the second flow passage is used as an air exhaustion passage E and a state in which the second flow passage is used as the air supply passage S and the first flow passage is used as the air exhaustion passage E.
