This design block 1 is provided with various pattern faces such as a belt-like pattern face 17, a trapezoidal, segmental annular, segmental arch, or circular pattern face. By combining together the pattern faces of the respective design blocks 1, desirable design is drawn for the laid face, the face of slope, or the wall. Unlimited design such as patterns, letters, numerals, signs can be drawn, and the laid face and the like most matching to the environment can be easily constructed at a low cost.
