Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel and improved decorative metal plate and a production method thereof which can inhibit deterioration of a decoration imparted to a decorative film in producing the decorative metal plate, can retain adhesive force between the decorative film and the metal plate even in a harsh environment of high temperature and high humidity, and has high organic solvent resistance.SOLUTION: According to an aspect of the present invention, a decorative metal plate comprises: a metal plate; a lower layer side adhesion layer laminated on the metal plate; an upper layer side adhesion layer laminated on the lower layer side adhesion layer; and a decorative film laminated on the upper layer side adhesion layer. The lower layer side adhesion layer contains a lower layer side adhesive. The upper layer side adhesion layer contains an upper layer side adhesive and hydrophobic silica microparticles. The softening temperature of the upper layer side adhesive is 80°C or less. The softening temperature of the lower layer side adhesive is 90°C or more. The upper layer side adhesion layer contains 1-10 pts.mass of the hydrophobic silica microparticles based on 100 pts.mass of the upper layer side adhesive.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
