PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve efficiency of manufacture of a design panel by providing a design mold for press-forming a design pattern on a panel on a suction face of a suction apparatus for sucking the panel and moving it to another place.
SOLUTION: A semi-plastic panel 35a placed on a truck 33 is transferred under a gate-like frame 1. A design mold 19 is lowered and brought into contact with the panel 35a on the uppermost stage to form a design pattern on the top face. Then, a blower 25 is driven and the panel 35a on the uppermost stage is sucked to the design mold 19 and is taken up. When a truck 4 is moved by a distance corresponding to approximately the width of a sheet of the panel, a panel 35b applied with the design pattern is lowered and is placed on a truck 34. By repeating a work like this, the design pattern is applied on all the semi- plastic panels 35a and they are placed on the truck 34. When a series of works are completed, the truck 34 is moved and the panels 35b applied with the design pattern are transferred to an autoclave.
