Abstract:
To provide a design paper sheet having large contrast between a transparent pattern part and an opaque non-pattern part, even when base paper having high basis weight is used, a container made of foaming paper and a manufacturing method of the design paper sheet.SOLUTION: A design paper sheet used for foaming paper products is provided with, at least, a base paper layer, a design layer and a foaming layer in this order, in which a basis weight of the base paper constituting the base paper layer is 100 g/m2 or larger and 250 g/m2 or smaller, the design layer has at least a transparent pattern part and an opaque non-pattern part, the transparent pattern part contains a paraffin hydrocarbon of plastic solid or semisolid at 20°C, and the glossiness of the transparent pattern part is larger than the glossiness of the opaque non-pattern part.SELECTED DRAWING: None
