Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide bonnet structure of a vehicle for making reduction of engine noise resulting from a bulge vibration and rigidity improvement of a connection rod compatible.SOLUTION: In a design support device 10 of a con-rod, it comprises: a model creation part 16 which creates a block system shape model including a rigid model without extending and contracting the con-rod, and a con-rod shape model in which extension and contraction operations of the con-rod are permitted based on product design information; a first analysis part 17 which detects a bulge mode frequency band in which bulge mode frequencies of a cylinder block are concentrated by vibration analysis of the block system shape model; a second analysis part 18 which detects extension and contraction mode frequencies of the con-rod by vibration analysis of the con-rod shape model; and a shape change part 19 which changes a shape of the con-rod so that the extension and contraction mode frequencies become higher than the bulge mode frequency band.
