Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a design tape woven by tubular weaving and having bead protrusion lines formed at the middle part of a plain weave base fabric and having circular cross-sections.
SOLUTION: The design tape is composed of a pair of tape fabrics 5A, 5B each having the bead protrusion lines 4A, 4B formed by tubular weaving 3 at a selvage of plain weave base fabrics 2A, 2B. The base fabrics 2A, 2B are superposed one upon another aligning the bead lines 4A, 4B and the boundary of the bead lines is connected with a sewing yarn 6. The base fabrics 2A, 2B are opened at the connected part to form a plane.
