This designable powder coating composition characterized by containing crystalline polytetrafluoroethylene having an average particle diameter of 0.05 to 5 μm in an amount of 0.01 to 5 pts.wt. per 100 pts.wt. of a powder coating component, and the coating composition is used to form a texture- patterned coating film on an article to be coated.
