To provide a designed envelope with a seal part which can be beautifully designed without forming a straight line part in an outer shape.
An envelope 1 includes an opening 3 for putting an enclosure such as a writing paper and document in a housing part 2, and a seal part 4 which can cover the opening 3, and has a designed outer shape. The envelope includes: a first sheet 5 having the same outer shape as the entire envelope; a second sheet 6 which has an outer shape in which a part of the same outer shape as the entire envelope is cut off, and forms the housing part 2 and the opening 3 by adhering an entire or a part of a peripheral edge except for the cutoff to adhesion parts 7a, 7b formed on the peripheral edge having an approximately same shape as the first sheet 5; and a sealing sheet 8 which forms the seal part 4 by adhering partially to the first sheet 5 in a state of covering the approximately entire opening 3 and bridging over the first sheet 5 and the second sheet 6.
