To solve a problem wherein conventionally, since a fixing lever for fixing an inclination position of a cutter main body is a single lever type having one grip part, the fixing lever is hidden from a user, is difficult to see and may cause a tight operating posture, deteriorating operability, thus, enhancing the operability of the fixing lever, in a desk cutter having a cutter main body supported tiltably rightwards and leftwards with respect to a table placed with a cutting material.

Since in the fixing lever 55, two grip parts 55a, 55b long enough to grip are arranged extendably upwardly to form a V-shape, this structure enables a user to easily visually recognize the fixing lever 55 and perform rotating operation in a comfortable posture both from right and left sides.
