Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bench cutter with an enhanced dust collection function of a dust collection guard to solve a previous problem in a use feeling created through scattering cut powder to front workers even by a dust guard, while the dust guard to prevent the cut powder from scattering is arranged close to a rotary cutter in order to enhance the dust collecting effect of a dust collector, considering a configuration provided with a dust collector sucking the cut powder as removing means of the cut powder to meet a requirement to remove the scattered cut powder produced from cutting sections of a cutting material as soon as possible which causes various factors, such as work hindrance and malfunction, when cutting the cutting material by the rotary cutter of a bench cutter.SOLUTION: A guard body 193 of a collector guard 190 is integrally formed using soft rubber material. A scattering prevention wall part 193c is arranged in front of a side wall part 193b to prevent cutting powder from scattering to a worker side.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 14
