HIGH STRENGTH AND HIGH CORROSION RESISTANCE ALUMINUM ALLOY CLAD MATERIAL FOR HEAT EXCHANGER
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3234619
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To provide a clad material which does not deteriorate its brazability and ensures high strength after brazing.
CONSTITUTION: One side of a core material made of an Al alloy contg. 0.3-2.0% Mn, 0.25-0.8% Cu, 0.05-1.0% Si and ≤0.5% Mg is clad with a sacrificial anode material made of an Al alloy contg. 1.0-2.5% Mg and 0.05-<0.20% Si or further contg. ≤3.0% Zn. The other side of the core material is clad with a cladding material made of an Al-Si alloy as a brazing filler metal to obtain the objective Al alloy clad material for a heat exchanger.
