To provide a desk-top cutter with an excellent operability that can define a little tilt angle by using a stopper pin.
A stopper pin 29 is made to intervene between a tilt part 31 that supports a cutting part and is tiltable relative to a base part, and a tilt support part 27B that supports the tilt part 31 disposed at the base part, the stopper pin 29 is made to include: a first engaging part 29A in which the tilt part 31 touches a bolt 31B disposed in the tilt part 31 in a vertical state relative to the base part; and a second engaging part 29B in which the tilt part 31 touches to be tilted 5° to a right side from a vertical state relative to the base part, the stopper pin 29 is moved from a first position in which the first engaging part 29A touches the bolt 31B to a second position in which the second engaging part 29B touches the bolt 31B, and thereby the tilt part 31 and a cutting part can be tilted a little.
