Abstract:

To provide a desk-top cutter that can have a rotation angle adjusted smoothly while maintaining durability.

There is provided a desk-top cutter that includes a guide surface 2D provided to a base 21 and an operation part 23 provided to a turntable 22, wherein the operation part 23 includes a roller part 25 having a contact surface 25C contacting the guide surface 2D and a shaft part 24 driving the roller part 25, a spring 24D energizing the roller part 25 to the side of the guide surface 2D with respect to the shaft part 24 is interposed between the shaft part 24 and roller part 25, and the roller part 25 rotates by operating a knob 26 connected to the shaft part 24 to rotate the turntable 22 on the base 21, so that when the turntable 22 rotates abruptly to the base 21, the roller part 25 can slide on the guide surface 2D.
