To achieve tilting position adjustment of a cutting tool part with an inexpensive structure and to provide a desk top cutter enabling easy position adjustment.
The regulation means has a forward backward slidable stopper pin 13 mounted in one side of a base part 2 or a tilting member 6, a stopper bolt 20 which the stopper pin 13 can touch when a cutting tool part 8 is located at a position perpendicular to the upper surface of the base part 2 and which is screwed to the other part of the base part 2 or the tilting member 8 in the direction vertical to the stopper pin 13, and contact parts 22a and 22b which the stopper pin 13 can contact when the cutting tool part 8 is located between the position perpendicular to the upper surface of the base part 2 to the position at the inclination angle of 45 degrees to the same. When the tilting member 6 is inclined, the stopper pin 13 can contact the stopper bolt 20 and the contact parts 22a and 22b depending on the slide position of the stopper pin 13.
