To provide a desk capable of preventing an article stored within a shelf body from sliding out when the desk is carried, and permitting easy cleaning within the shelf body.
The desk is composed of side leg frames 3 disposed on the left and right sides, a top board 2 disposed above the side leg frames 3, and the shelf body 5 attached to the lower surface of the top board 2, having an opening in the front and capable of storing the article inside. The shelf body 5 has a load receiving board 5a with a mounting surface 5b on which the article is mounted. A protrusion strip 13 projecting upward from the mounting surface 5b and extending in the horizontal direction and dust-outlet parts 14 flush approximately with the mounting surface 5b are formed in the front side of the load receiving board 5a.
