Auxiliary base plates 15 are supported by the outer tubes 17 so that the upper surfaces of the auxiliary base plates 15 may be approximately leveled with the upper surface of the base plate 12 by the elevation of the outer tubes 17 which the auxiliary base plates 15 are rotated together with the outer tubes 17 from the state that the auxiliary base plates 15 are housed under the base plate of the desk 11 to the state along the edges of the desk 11.
